It-tletin edizzjoni tal-Malta International Darts Open ġiet fi tmiem nhar il-Ħamis 16 ta‘ Novembru fejn matul it-tliet ijiem ta‘ logħob rajna livell għoli ta‘ darts jintlagħab min numru ta‘ plejers. 290 irġiel u 80 nisa ipparteċipaw fil-kompetizzjoni individwali u 170 pari fid-doppji għal-total ta‘ 540 reġistrazzjoni.
Fil-kompetizzjoni tal-irġiel il-finali kienet kontestata min
The 30th edition of the Malta International Darts Open came to an end last Thursday with top quality darts witnessed throughout the 3-day event. 290 men and 80 ladies participated in the singles competition with another 170 pairs in the doubles competition for a total of 540 entries.
In the men’s singles the competition the final was contested between Mark Layton of Wales ranked 69 in the world
Mark Layton, il-plejer professjonali tad-darts minn Wales, rebaħ il-kategorija tas-singles tal-edizzjoni tal-Malta International Darts Open 2017. Il-kategorija tas-‘singles’ hi l-aktar waħda ta’ prestiġġju mill-erba’ kategoriji tad-darts.
Layton għamel dan meta fil-finali għeleb lil Joe Davis tal-Ingilterra bil-punteġġ ta’ 6-2.
